Susan Timmel - James picked us up at the port. It was very easy to find him. We did the 4x4 Northwest tour. He was very friendly and wanted to make sure we got to see what we wanted to. His driving was great and he even took us for some off roading. Our time went so quickly! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Madeira and James really helped make our day great! We would love to come back and do the East side tour next
