We had a fantastic morning and fantastic tour for the family who hired us, thanks to James leading a sightseeing tour of the East.

This tour has a great number of waterfalls. It´s difficult to choose the best one, they are all beautiful and unique. The positive thing is that we can see them all year round, even in the summer without large amounts of rain, they always have a significant amount of water.

On this sightseeing 4x4 tour we had the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent Fanal forest, as well as the eucalyptus during a short walk, and much more.

Madeira´s special places and hidden gems are known for their unique, quiet and calm.

Susan Timmel - James picked us up at the port. It was very easy to find him. We did the 4x4 Northwest tour. He was very friendly and wanted to make sure we got to see what we wanted to. You can customize our private tour, it can be the full day East or the half day and go through this fantastic off-road. It is located in the protected area - Laurissilva Forest, UNESCO World Heritage.

**Australian Tree-Fern - "sphaeropteris cooperi" **

On this off-road we have a large area with these Australian tree-ferns, they can reach up to 10 meters height and we can see them on the island up to an altitude of 850 meters.
